Registered "Mystery Drivers" will be made part of a pool from which 20 people will be randomly selected each month to log their experiences related to E-470 customer experiences. Selected monthly "Mystery Drivers" will receive a $20 credit to their ExpressToll account for successfully logging a minimum of 20 experiences for their designated 30 day period. Participants are not reimbursed for tolls. If the ExpressToll account number provided is in a delinquent status you may not be eligible to receive the ExpressToll credit.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Selected "Monthly Mystery Drivers" will be notified by email with detailed instructions for logging daily experiences for their month. Registered "Mystery Drivers" must complete monthly "One Minute Surveys" to remain eligible in the program. If a participant is unreachable after five (5) days, or if that participant is unavailable for incentive fulfillment, an alternate participant will be selected. Multiple entries with the same e-mail address will be excluded. Participants must have a valid email address and access to the internet to participate. Registered drivers are limited to one-month Mystery Driver Program participation in any twelve (12) month period. E-470 employees, vendors, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Mystery Driver program. All aspects of the Mystery Driver program are subject to cancellation or change at the sole discretion of the E-470 or Tamer Partners Corporation without prior notice. By registering as a Mystery Driver you agree that neither E-470 nor Tamer Partners Corporation nor their officers, directors, employees, agents, third-party providers, sponsors, licensors, or the like, are liable for any injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Mystery Driver Program and that you will indemnify them against any and all such claims.
